CIDERMAKER NOTES
Rooted in the rhythms of the land, this pét-nat cider is a true expression of orchard and wild edge. Bottle conditioned and carrying its natural sediment, it unfolds dry and astringent, with a firm tannic backbone shaped by a blend of organic cider crabapples and wild-foraged seedling pears. An untamed effervescence lifts earthy orchard notes and subtle pear aromatics, while the crabapples lend structure, grip, and a lingering bite. Bright yet grounding, this farmstead cider reflects heritage fruit, patient craft, and the honest wildness of the season. Dry.
