The Lavender Black Currant Cider is a small batch seasonal release featuring cider fermented on the farm, blended with organic black currant juice, and then steeped with organic lavender flowers sourced from local farms (Jardin de Soleil and Wilderbee Farms). Our Lavender Black Currant Brandywine is a dessert wine featuring apple brandy distilled from our cider at a local distillery.  The flower buds are then steeped in brandy before blending with the fruit wine to evoke deeper floral essences. Combine the cider and brandywine for a luscious cocktail treat or create a sparkling cocktail of your own!
