A bright, ruby red cider that leads with aromas of plum blossoms and cherries. Stone fruits, dark plums, and tart green apple delight the palette. This cider celebrates a fusion of fruits nurtured by the elements of rain, soil and sun. Crafted from a blend of locally harvested Gravenstein apples and locally foraged Italian plums that were crushed by hand and wild fermented in the tank— skins, pits and all.
