After working as an artisan bread and jam maker in Maryland, Natalie Evans relocated to the PNW and relaunched We Be Jamin’ in February 2021. “I love the idea of preserving the season! When I started making jams for my own business, I wanted them to include ingredients from my Caribbean culture. I also wanted to build flavor profiles that are uncommon, making them unique.”
