Friends of the Trees Botanicals 

From our farm plot at the Finnriver Cidery location, Shy Acre Farm's lavender field and local wild places, we harvest and dry herbs with which to make herbal tea blends. We are enamored at the symbiotic relationship our bodies have with these lovely plants and we like to share the magic!

Friends of the Trees Society was established in 1972 with a passion for education, community building, permaculture and earth repair. This work continues and has evolved as the founder Michael "Skeeter" Pilarski and his son Ash have joined forces to create Friends of the Trees Botanicals. Our cultivated botanicals are tended to with a sense of wonder and regenerative farming practices. Our wildcrafted botanicals are sustainably and respectfully gathered to maintain healthy plant populations. 

Our teas are blended with recognition of the human experience here on earth, and that it sure is fabulous to get some support from our herbal allies. We hope that these curated blends will bring nourishment, warmth and a sense of communion with the herbs.
