Made with high-acid organic Golden Russet apples and botanicals native to Hama Hama's watershed, Tideline is a bright and briny reminder of the bivalve-bearing beaches nourished by the Salish Sea. Shiro Plum offers faint floral aromas, followed by a crisp character of plums and hints of honey. Wild-foraged Shiro plums were hand-picked from the Olympic forests and co-fermented with locally harvested apples to curate a cider that showcases the short and sweet stone fruit season in Washington. Forest Ginger is a love letter to our sweet town of Chimacum. A blend of organic ginger root and wild-foraged fir tips, harvested from Chimacum Ridge, mimics the spirit of the wild and whimsy through this bold and herbaceous cider.
