Made with high-acid organic Golden Russet apples and botanicals native to Hama Hama's watershed, Tideline is a bright and briny reminder of the bivalve-bearing beaches nourished by the Salish Sea. Shiro Plum offers faint floral aromas, followed by a crisp character of plums and hints of honey. Wild-foraged Shiro plums were hand-picked from the Olympic forests and co-fermented with locally harvested apples to curate a cider that showcases the short and sweet stone fruit season in Washington. Cranberry Rosehip reflects the heritage of native rosehips that burst alongside the roads and waters of the Olympic Peninsula.
