Single Malt Barrel-Aged Cider
A naturally unfiltered, golden straw cider with aromas of malt, leather, and wood smoke. Robust flavors of unsweetened chocolate, sea spray, and tobacco are layered over deep and contemplative notes of wood smoke and smoldering peat bog. This cider was crafted in collaboration with our friends at Westland Distillery. Estate grown organic bittersweet and bittersharp cider apples were fermented dry and aged in Westland's American single malt whiskey barrels. Serve chilled or at cellar temperature (52°- 57°). Pairs well with cured meats, gouda, fresh oysters, or smoked salmon risotto.
