Organic Finnriver Red Whole Wheat Bread Flour
A blend of heritage and modern Hard Red wheat varieties such as Oland, Doris, Skagit 1109 and experimental trial varieties from the WSU Bread Lab in the Skagit Valley, WA. Hard Red is the ‘go-to’ artisan whole wheat bread flour because of its gluten strength and earthy depth of flavor.
