This single-varietal Pommeau celebrates the distinctive character of heirloom Kingston Black apples and the heritage of the Pacific Northwest’s Garry oak. Aged in Garryana barrels, it develops tawny warmth with notes of dried fig, cranberry, and dates. Earthy and grounded, this Pommeau reflects the terroir of this valley and the indigenous trees that stood before the orchards. Small-batch. Limited Release.
