Fruits of the Forest
This cider is a tribute to the wild fruits of the Olympic Peninsula, where we farm and ferment. We started with a blend of locally sourced and wild-harvested apples and pears, brought to us by our friends and neighbors. This base is co-fermented with an array of locally grown and wild-harvested fruits of the forest, including black elderberries, salal berries, aronia berries, chokecherries, huckleberries, and blackberries.
