A LIMITED RELEASE CIDER CRAFTED TO PAIR WITH JASPER HILL'S HARBISON MINI CHEESE
Crisp and off-dry, this cider is aged in bourbon barrels and blackberry port casks. Aromas of blackberry lead the nose, followed by layered notes of leather and vanilla, with a lightly tannic finish. Crafted in collaboration with Town & Country Markets and the cheesemakers of Jasper Hill Farm, this cider was made from organically grown apples and fermented with the intention of pairing well with Jasper Hill's Harbison Mini, a luscious, raw-milk cheese, cave-ripened, wrapped in spruce bark, and washed with this cider!
