CIDERMAKER NOTES: This unique barrel-aged 'keeved' Perry was fermented with a blend of organically grown Finnriver Yellow Huffcap, Hendre Huffcap, and Romanian Perry pears. Keeving is an artisanal method of making naturally sweetened cider/perry by preserving residual sugars. This Perry was also aged in American oak whiskey barrels.
