To celebrate our 15th anniversary, we crafted a special release cider as bright and enduring as love itself. Fermented from a handpicked blend of Washington-grown organic apples—Winesap, Ashmead’s Kernel, Arkansas Black, Esopus Spitzenburg, Granny Smith, and Pink Lady—each variety brings its own character, creating a cider layered with depth and charm. Cold-aged in stainless steel for eight months, then kissed with a touch of organic strawberries, this sparkling cider is fruit-forward, refresh½ ing, and effortlessly elegant. Semi-Dry.
