Inspired by the spirit of collaboration, this Peated Pommeau captures flavors of Finnriver’s organic heirloom apples and Westland’s peated whiskey barrels. Varying blends of Finnriver-harvested apples are farmed, fermented, and fortified with custom-crafted brandy dstilled by Talking Cedar Distillery. Olympic Peninsula peat has lent Westland Whiskey barrels a distinct regional tie. Notes of sea spray and smoky peat imprint within the backbone of this pommeau. Made alongside whiskey lovers, and those who savor the fog-laced edges of the map.
